Assad of Syria

I just watched a 20min interview with the infamous Baschar al Assad of Syria. I have to note a thing or two about this:
  1. I feel sick now.
All the horribly lies and pretending to be open for everything. I need to pull me self together to not throw up all the things I've been eating my whole life.
  2. He seems to believe what he says.
I don't now if this is a good thing or not and if, for whom it is. He really seems to believe his words.
  3. He knows how to use 'our language' to justify his works.
So manny "terrorism" and "Al-Qaida" in his words. He is using the same rethorics as european and US politicians. What does this tell me about my country?
The one question that remains after all this and 10.000 dead people is just "What is Truth?". And who really can tell this?
